    — The most comprehensive experience we offer
    — Thorough physical exam, including:
        • Range of motion assessment
        • Skeletal assessment
        • Discover root cause of physical issues
        • Assess physiological uniqueness and address on the bike
        • Recommend outside professional cycling-specific treatment (when necessary)
      — Extensive foot assessment, with specific attention paid to foot/shoe/pedal interface:
        • Heel to toe length, heel to ball length
        • Width and volume for both unweighted and weighted
        • Structural assessment of the foot for footbeds or orthotics
      — Cleat adjustment including fore-aft, stance width, and internal/external rotation, varus/valgus shimming and shimming for leg length differences
      — Saddle fit and positioning
      — Dynamic saddle to crank relationship adjustment
      — Dynamic handlebar to saddle relationship adjustment
      — Corrections for hip/knee/foot alignment

      Cleat Fit $150 (1.5 Hours)

      — Cleat adjustment including fore-aft, stance width, and internal/external rotation, varus/valgus shimming and shimming for leg length differences

      — Extensive foot assessment, with specific attention paid to foot/shoe/pedal interface:

        • Heel to toe length, heel to ball length

      — Dartfish Motion Capture video prior, during, and post cleat fit

      gebioMized Foot Pressure Mapping + $100/hour

      — The gebioMized system fully maps the varying degrees of pressure on your foot while riding
      — Based on the aforementioned pressure map, the following cleat adjustments are made:
        • Fore-aft
        • Stance width
        • Internal/external rotation
        • Varus/valgus shimming



        gebioMized Saddle Fit Analysis $150 (1.5 Hours)

        — Measure sit bone width
        — Compare sit bone width with current saddle, and recommend alternatives
        — gebioMized pressure mapping on new saddle. The gebioMized system fully maps the varying degrees of pressure on your saddle while riding.
        — Dynamic saddle to crank relationship adjustment

        — Bike
        — Pedals and cleats
        — Cycling shorts and jersey (or comfortable workout top)
        — Gloves, if typically worn while riding
        — Cycling shoes and socks
        — Helmet (Aero helmet for TT fit)
